    Itinerary: 3 Days Morocco trip

    Day 1: Marrakech – Ait ben haddou – Skoura – Dades gorges

    Our 3 days trip from Marrakech to the desert begins at 8:00 am from your riad in Marrakech. We will pass by the road that crosses the high Atlas chain, with these beautiful landscapes, valleys, pastures and Berber villages. We stop to take beautiful panoramic photos at Tizi n tichka 2260m. Then we reach the village of Telouat and the old kasbah of Glaoui. From there, we cross the valley of Ounila to reach the kasbah of Ait ben haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    After lunch, our Marrakech desert road continues towards the Dades gorges, we stop to visit the movies studios of Ouarzazate, then we will visit the kasbah of Taourirte. After we continue towards the palm grove of Skoura, then towards kelaa Mgouna (the city of roses) known by its party of roses in May, we will then follow the valley of Dades to the Dades Gorges, a road rich in mud houses and kasbahs, called the road of a thousand kasbahs. We will spend the night in home stay.

    Day 2: Dades Gorges – Tinghir – Todra gorges – Merzouga Sahara Desert

    After breakfast you will discover the finger of monkeys; rock formations that resemble the fingers of monkeys unique to the area, then we stop for a panoramic view of the Dades valley in Boumalne Dades. We then continue to Tinghir and Toudra gorges, passing through the village of Imeder. We stop at Tinghir to visit the “Mellah” Jewish quarter and discover the Berber culture, then we continue to the Toudra gorges are the most deepest in Morocco with cliffs over 300m. After lunch we cross the oasis of Tinjad and Erfoud to arrive in Merzouga. You will meet your camel guide who will head to the Sahara camp. Enjoy sunset and the a magnificent night under the starry sky of Sahara in Erg chebbi. You will have your dinner around the campfire and sleep in a nomad tent.

    Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Nkob – Agdez – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

    After the sunrise and your breakfast you will return to the village of Merzouga by camel. You will meet your driver guide to continue your Sahara adventure. You will return to Marrakech by the Draa Valley road. First you visit the city of Rissani and the mausoleum of Molay Ali Chrif Alaoui. Then you will pass through the village of Alnif and the palm grove of Tazarine to reach the village of kasbahs called Nkob. After lunch we continue through the Draa valley towards Agdez where we will visit the Kasbah of Tamnougalte. from there we continued towards Ouarzazate, for a coffee break. After we cross the High Atlas Mountains to arrive at the end of the day in Marrakech. Drop off in your Riad and end of this 3 day tour from Marrakech to the Merzouga Desert.
