    Itinerary: 9 Days Morocco Tour

    Day 1: Marrakech – Ait ben haddou – Skoura – Dades gorges

    Our 9 days Morocco tour from Marrakech to desert begins at 8:00 am from your riad in Marrakech. We will pass by the road that crosses the high Atlas chain, with these beautiful landscapes, valleys, pastures and Berber villages. We stop to take beautiful panoramic photos at Tizi n tichka 2260m. Then we reach the village of Telouat and the old kasbah of Glaoui. From there, we cross the valley of Ounila to reach the kasbah of Ait ben haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    After lunch, our Marrakech desert road continues towards the Dades gorges, we stop to visit the movies studios of Ouarzazate, then we will visit the kasbah of Taourirte. After we continue towards the palm grove of Skoura, then towards kelaa Mgouna (the city of roses) known by its party of roses in May, we will then follow the valley of Dades to the Dades Gorges, a road rich in mud houses and kasbahs, called the road of a thousand kasbahs. We will spend the night in home stay.

    Day 2: Dades Gorges – Tinghir – Todra gorges – Merzouga Sahara Desert

    After breakfast you will discover the finger of monkeys; rock formations that resemble the fingers of monkeys unique to the area, then we stop for a panoramic view of the Dades valley in Boumalne Dades. We then continue to Tinghir and Toudra gorges, passing through the village of Imeder. We stop at Tinghir to visit the “Mellah” Jewish quarter and discover the Berber culture, then we continue to the Toudra gorges are the most deepest in Morocco with cliffs over 300m. After lunch we cross the oasis of Tinjad and Erfoud to arrive in Merzouga. You will meet your camel guide who will head to the Sahara camp. Enjoy sunset and the a magnificent night under the starry sky of Sahara in Erg chebbi. You will have your dinner around the campfire and sleep in a nomad tent.

    Day 3: Merzouga – Erfoud – Errachidia – Midelt – Fes

    After your breakfast you explore the dunes by camel guided by your camel driver you enjoy to take beautiful photos and videos as a memory of Sahara. We meet our driver guide and we leave for the city of Fes. We cross the city of Erfoud and the Oasis of Tafilalt, pass through Aoufous towards Errachidia. From there our Morocco Tour takes us to the valley of Ziz and the town of Midelt where we will take our time for lunch. After we go through a road in the forests of the Middle Atlas. We take advantage of a stop to discover the monkeys that live in nature. After we continue to the spectacular city of Fes. Diner and overnight in wonderful Riad.

    Day 4: Fes

    You meet your local guide to start your Fes guided tour. The Fes medina is part of the Moroccan heritage it’s the first city of Morocco, it is from this city that Islam was started by the founder of the city Molay Idriss I founded in 789 AD. It is for this the name of Fes spiritual city of Morocco. thanks to its ancient history, it is rich in historical monuments that you will explore with your local guide. Visit the old Qoranic schools, the souks, the Jewish quarter “Mellah”. in the end of the visit you will enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Fes. Dinner and overnight in your hotel.

    Day 5: Fes – Meknes – Volubilis – Chefchaouen

    We will leave the Fes city in the morning towards another imperial city of Morocco, we will visit the great gate of Bab Mansour, it is the entrance to the Medina of Meknes, then we will visit the mausoleum of Molay Idriss Zerhoune before setting off to explore the archaeological site of Volubilis, You enjoy a guided tour with a local guide to explore this ancient Roman site. from there our journey continues to the pearl of Rif. Dinner and overnight in a quiet riad.

    Day 6: Chefchaouen – Tangier

    After breakfast, and the visit of the Medina, we will leave Chefchaouen towards the north, we cross the beautiful landscapes of Rif, and we stop for a break in Tetouan, from there we continue towards the Tangier city. The most important city of Morocco with its geographical position. It is a strategic point between Africa and Europe. A real treasure, in terms of discoveries, but also in terms of artistic richness. We will discover the medina with these beautiful colors and these starry streets. Dinner and overnight in a beautiful hotel.

    Day 7: Tangier – Asilah – Rabat

    We leave in the morning for Asilah but without forgetting to visit the Caves of Hercules; are one of the main emblems of the city of Tangier. They are natural caves, with an opening to the ocean. From there we continue towards Asilah it is known for its beautiful beaches, its walls colored by great Moroccan and foreign artists. Asilah is an old Portuguese site like Essaouira.
    We continue the road to Rabat the capital of the kingdom, we will then visit the Kasbah of oudaya and the Hassan tower and we will spend the night in a beautiful hotel with dinner.

    Day 8: Rabat – Casablanca – Essaouira

    We leave Rabat towards Casablanca, where we see the medina and the great mosque of Hassan II, and then we continue to Essaouira, we stop at El oualidia with its beautiful beach. Oualidia is well known for seafood and Oysters. We then continue to Essaouira, passing through the fishing town of Safi. We Arrêvos at the end of the day in Essaouira.     Day 9: Essaouira – Marakech

    In the morning you will enjoy the Essaouira tour guided: you walk in the old medina, with these old houses and these cedar artisans’ shops, visit the Jewish quarter. Lunch in a restaurant near the port. The Gnaoua festival in Essaouira is one of the most popular events in Morocco.
